Power of Revocation

Right of cancellation or revocation

You may cancel your contract in written form (e.g. letter, fax, email) within fourteen days after the conclusion of contract without providing a reason (in accordance with 246b § 2,1 and 246b § 1,1 EGBGB). To ensure your right of withdrawal you must send your revocation request within these fourteen days in written form.

Please notice that the right of revocation for our Software products is only valid if you have not downloaded or installed the software yet!

Any costs (e. g.  for postal shipping) for the revocation of a product will not be refunded. Only undamaged products can be accepted for a full refund.
