Rodenburg Verlag (aka Arndt von Koenigsmarck) Terms of Use

The following legal agreement governs the terms between Rodenburg-Verlag.de (run by Arndt von Koenigsmarck) and its corresponding sub sites and the user (“you”) regarding the use of the software products offered.

Please read this agreement carefully before ordering any of our products. Your use of these software products indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions. Rodenburg Verlag (aka Arndt von Koenigsmarck) reserves the right to change any of the terms of this agreement at any time, and you agree to be bound by such changes. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, do not download or use any of our products.

I.) Licence terms

Rodenburg Verlag (aka Arndt von Koenigsmarck) hereby grants to you a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable worldwide license to use the purchased software. The license is limited to one single user or workstation and is non-transferable. Redistribution of these products without purchasing additional licenses for each usage violates this Agreement. Any attempt to ‘crack’, decompile or share our software products violates this agreement.

II.) Consent for Purchase

You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase these products and accept this Agreement. Rodenburg Verlag (aka Arndt von Koenigsmarck) may require sufficient proof that any registrants are at least 18 years of age. Minors can access Rodenburg Verlag (aka Arndt von Koenigsmarck) only by having their parent or legal guardian register on their behalf. Through registration and purchase, the parent or legal guardian agrees to be bound personally by the terms and conditions of this agreement.

III.) Delivery of ordered products

If not stated otherwise, software products are only delivered electronically via an Email attachment or download link. Displayed boxes or packages in our online shop therefore might just be used as a symbol for a product and are not available on a hardware medium. As some products require an individually created Keycode or a similar unlocking mechanism, the electronic delivery of some products might not be possible immediately after purchase. The majority of ordered software products will be delivered within 24 hours after purchase. If you need a product immediately, please get in contact with us before ordering at vertrieb@rodenburg-verlag.de. We will answer as soon as possible within regular office hours (we are located in Germany, Central European time zone).

IV.) Permitted Usage

You may:

  • Use the full version of our software on up to two (2) of your workstations or laptops, as long as both are not shared with other users.
  • Use our demo versions in educational manner (non-profit making) or for non-commercial projects.
  • Only use full versions of our products for commercial projects.

If there is any doubt that a proposed use is a Permitted Use, please email vertrieb@rodenburg-verlag.de for clarification.

V.) Prohibited Usage

You may not:

  • Sub-license, re-sell, rent, lend, give, assign, donate or otherwise redistribute the products or the rights granted under this Agreement. This includes bundling the software product(s) with a 3D scene, 3D model or presets intended for resale, license or other distribution.
  • Release the software product(s) under an Open Source license.
  • Represent itself as being the original creator, owner or exclusive licensee of the software product(s).
  • Post a copy of the software product(s) or parts of it on a network server or web server for use by other users.
  • Remove any copyright information from any of our products.

VI.) Termination

This Agreement is effective until it is terminated. You can terminate this Agreement by deleting the software product(s), along with any copies or archives of it and ceasing to use the software product(s) for any purpose.

VII.) Disclaimer

All software products and files distributed by Rodenburg Verlag (aka Arndt von Koenigsmarck) are provided on an “as is” basis without conditions or warranties of any kind. Under no circumstances, shall Rodenburg Verlag (aka Arndt von Koenigsmarck) be liable to you or any third-party for any indirect special or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits and business interruption.

VIII.) Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Germany and any dispute in connection with this Agreement shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the German courts.

IX.) Agreement

You acknowledge that by purchasing products from Rodenburg Verlag (aka Arndt von Koenigsmarck), you have read and understood this agreement and agree to be bound by its terms and conditions.
