I just finished a new Plug-in for Cinema 4D:  ‘My IES Designer’.
With just a few settings you can create and export your own IES files now and use them to design the light you need. Use the created IES files directly in Cinema 4D or any other renderer that supports IES data for light sources. Here is a teaser video about how it works:
